License Requirements-Retail/Wholesale Certain types of businesses that want to obtain Retail or Wholesale Alcoholic Beverage Control License have special requirements. Each category must submit an Alcoholic Beverage Control Application for License* along with the additional requirements listed below. Corporations: The President or Vice President must sign the application. Submit a Certificate of Good Standing, which can be obtained through Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) Corporations Division located at 941 North Capitol Street, NE, 7th Floor, Washington, DC, 20002. Limited Liability Corporations (LLC): The Managing member must sign the application.
